Human Resources (HR) are the most important agency assets compared to other assets, because human resources are the main driver of an organization or agency. Human resources now play an increasingly important role in the success of an organization. Many organizations realize that the human element in an organization can provide a competitive advantage in order to survive and successfully achieve its goals. Human resource management is a process of planning, organizing, developing, providing compensation, integrating, maintaining and releasing resources to achieve various individual, organizational and societal goals. The success of employee performance is also influenced by the management and empowerment of resources (in the form of financial, physical, human and technological) owned by the organization, both formal and non-formal organizations. Performance is not just a technical or managerial problem but is a complex problem, namely individual employees, leaders and other external factors. The aim of this research is to determine: 1. The effect of training on employee performance 2. The effect of work ethic on employee performance 3. The effect of training and work ethic simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Way Kanan Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Department (Disporapar).
