Abstract:
This study aims to describe students' planning systemand implementation management in developing their talents inmemorization with extracurricular tahfidz at the IntegratedMuhammadiyah Elementary School (SDMT) Ponorogo, EastJava. The research method used was qualitative, with a casestudy design and data collection techniques through interviews,observation, and documentation. The main objects in this studywere informants from the tahfidz extracurricular coordinatorand samples from the tahfidz extracurricular studentsthemselves. This research resulted in: (1) Management planningof students in the extracurricular tahfidz at the integratedMuhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo using thehalaqah system, forming an ad hoc team consisting of thecoordinator-secretary-teacher halaqah-infrastructure, only thosewho have passed iqra' are allowed to participate in extra tahfidzevidenced by a certificate of completion). (2) Implementation ofstudent management in the tahfidz extracurricular at theintegrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo:tahfidz extracurricular activities after the core class hours areover, namely at 14.30-16.00 WIB every thursday & friday, usingthe nahawan tone, each student is recorded and uploaded onLP3Q youtube for archives and general learning evaluationmaterials, the method used is talkin & sorogan, a tasmi' exam isheld for special follow-up evaluation.
